A native of Orlando, Carson Landry is a 2020 graduate of Principia College, having majored in Music Studies. There, in addition to a wide variety of activities, he studied carillon with Carlo van Ulft.​ He has studied abroad in Geneva, Mexico City, and most recently in Prague on a semester-long program titled The moral vitality and creativity of the arts.

​

Currently, he is a student at the Royal Carillon School "Jef Denyn" in Mechelen, Belgium, and a Fulbright grantee. He will be researching and transcribing the DeGruytters Carillon Book, one of the most significant extant manuscripts of early carillon music, in addition to other manuscripts from the 18th century.
